Treasurer |
The treasurer’s report was submitted.
Our year-end shows a surplus of $ 2,937.28. For 2003-04, we are predicting revenues
of $ 43,810 and expenses of $ 45,575 and therefore expect a deficit of $
1,765. It was requested that
FCA directors comment by May 15th on Treasurer's report as submitted to members by email on April 14th to be accepted. |

New business |
§
We welcomed SERCO’s
new manager for Ray Friel; Penny Greenwood.
She has been with Serco for 3 years, in the leisure business for 10 years and
here in Canada for only 6 weeks. §
Frank Dugal presented the Fallingbrook
Canada Day CD Rom slide show that he prepared with George Blake. It is an
excellent tool and served to explain the scope of the FCA Cda to Penny
Greenwood. The primary use will be for sponsors. §
Marc Cappelli proposed that this
volunteer work be recognized and asked Frank Dugal to add his accreditation
to the CD. Ex. Dugal Imaging, who is the official Photographer sponsor - FCA
2003 Cda Day, made this presentation possible. §
Marc Cappelli proposed that this CD be
shown at the FCA Volunteer Awards Gala as an example that highlights
Volunteerism at its best and underscores the efforts of the evening’s award
recipients. |
